Barrett finally gotten interested in the potty again. He's been wearing his undies almost all the time and has only had one accident so far. I've been learning that potty training a boy is a very different experience from teaching a girl. The whole standing up to pee part has thrown me for a loop. Who knew it was so hard to aim?!! The worst is when he accidentally gets in his hand in the stream of pee and it sprays everywhere. Now I wish I'd tiled the walls behind all the toilets instead of just the one in the kids bathroom.

I'm just gonna give you the highlights.
- we (my boys) like the boxers better as well, I think Zach has the same ones Barrett is wearing.
-a blacklight is useful in cleaning bathrooms where boys pee. The urine glows. (can be a very scary and eye-opening experience)
-I'll probably steal your list of books for my own blog, not all the books of course, but my own favorites, or I might try and put my whole shelfari list on and see how that goes.
I think that about covers it. oh yeah I wrote a bunch of stuff how little kids pop out with their own ideas (backwards underwear)and all your thoughts of "molding young minds" get thrown out the window. I think the words "bunch of weirdos" (speaking of my own kids) must escape my lips nearly daily.
